Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast and was an athlete and captain for the 2012 Fierce Five team as well as the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic Gymnastics team. Aly was the recipient of three gold medals during the 2012 Olympics which took place in London. She also took home a bronze on the balance beam. It made her the Olympic gymnast who won the most medals. In the 2016 Olympics she took home a gold medal at the team event, which gave her and her teammate Gabby Douglas the honour of been one of the very first Americans to take home back-to-back teams gold medals. The silver medals also came in the individual all-around and floor routines. Between the two Olympics, she took a break. Additionally, she was the gold-winning member of two American gymnastics squads. The gymnastics lessons she began in the age of 2 and her most favorite sport is the floor workout. Aly has a strong support for the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization to honor her mother who died of cancer. She is planning to pursue one in the fashion industry and wants to develop her famous line of leotards and socks later on. Fierce A new novel she's working on, will come out later this year.
