Aleksei has been a famous American model, actress and dramatic performer who hails her home in New York. Television personalities are celebrating their birthdays on August 14. However when she was just a day old, she relocated into New York City. In 1991, Barnard College awarded her a Bachelor's Degree in Arts History. That same year, she was hired as an entry-level position in An American Place. Guarnaschelli began her career in cooking earlier, when she was watching her mom test recipes while editing books at home. The beginning of her culinary journey began when she observed her mom test recipes in her kitchen while editing cookbooks. Guarnaschelli was named head chef at Butter. Guarnaschelli was a contestant on Food Network's Iron Chef America in 2007. She took on Cat Cora at the Farmers Market Battle of 2007 and she won. She is now an Iron Chef America judge. She was also a contestant on The Next Iron Chef in season 4 in 2011. She also competed in Food Network's Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast which she lost. After the conclusion of The next Iron Chef's season four, she was made sous-chef for Iron chef Geoffrey Zakarian. In 2008, she was named host of The Food Network's The Cooking Loft.
