Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is an amazing Hollywood actor and writer who's talents have brought the attention of critics and acclaim. Sagittarius. Born in North Carolina, on 3rd December 1960. She's the eldest of three siblings. She was born to Peter Moore Smith who was an Army paratrooper. Her mother Anne is a psychotherapist. She's English and Scottish. Because of her father's work, the Moore family often relocated and she struggled to establish friendships or maintain ones. When her family moved to Germany Moore was a student at Frankfurt American High School where she began appearing in plays. When she completed her B.F.A. in Theater at Boston University in 1983, Moore continued her education. In Theater. Moore is a theater graduate who attended college with honors in New York and started her career as an off-Broadway actress when she moved from New York. In 1985 she appeared on screen for the first time in The Edge of Night. Her break came in 1986 when she portrayed the role of Sabrina Hughes as well as Frannie Hughes in The World Changes. The show aired from 1988 to the present and was awarded a Daytime Emmy Award for her performance. Her film debut came in the year 1990, with Tales from the Darkside: The Movie, which she described later as a horrible low-budget movie. Short Cuts was produced by Robert Altman in 1993 and 3 Women was released in 1997. The critically acclaimed performance of her in Short Cuts (1993) was rewarded with several nominations. Moore played her first big performance in Safe which was a film from 1995. Steven Spielberg, who was director for Jurassic Park: The Lost World in 1997, one of that year's biggest earning films, chose Moore as the main actor. In 1999 she starred in the critically acclaimed Magnolia and was awarded an SAG award for her role. In 2002, she starred alongside her co-stars in The Hours which got nominated for nine Academy Awards with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Streep. Moore was also in The Forgotten (2003), Freedomland (2005), Shelter (2010) along with a host of other movies. Non-Stop aired in the year 2014. Moore was a regular in many movies and TV shows. Recently, she was featured as the lead in When You Finish Saving The World (2022). In Hollywood She has also made herself a writer for children. Her first book Freckleface Strawberry was published in 2007, and was one of the bestsellers on NY Times. The book was later adapted into a TV series and musical. The author has also released her memoir, My Mom is Foreigner in 2013, an autobiography in 2013. Moore has a public life as a renowned actor and a novelist. She split from John Robin in 1995. Bart Freundlich is the father of two of her kids. Moore's job, her family and friends are the most important things in her life.
